My name is Tuikku and I’m here to guide you on your way to a more balanced and contented life.
I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

I believe there is always a way to achieve a goal, to overcome a problem, to make lasting changes in life. We will work together to identify your specific goals and create a plan to meet them. I will meet you exactly where you are at and we take steps towards change at a pace that is comfortable for you.

My approach
My approach combines multiple therapeutic methods, including solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and acceptance commitment therapy.
I can interact with you in whatever manner you are most comfortable with accommodating your specific needs, meeting you where you are at while encouraging you to be the best you. I find it helpful to participate in video sessions so that we can get to know each other better. But I am also available to you via phone or even text if that is more comfortable for you.
